1. What’s the referral program all about?

The program allows our existing customers to invite their friends/family/colleagues to use our service. In return, we reward the customers with discount codes they can use on their future orders. The more customers we get, the more the resources at our disposal to offer better services to the existing customers, so it is a win-win situation.

2. How does the referral program work?

Once you place your first order, you become our customer, and we create a dedicated referral link just for you. All you need to do is log in to access the referral link, then share it with other people. Once a person you have invited starts using our services, we will reward you with a discount code every time the person spends $40 or more on their orders. We will send the discount code via email, but you can also access it on your WritingSharks.net account. The code will provide an additional 3% discount on any lifetime loyalty discount rate you're entitled to based on our loyalty scheme. Therefore, you'll access the following discount rates:

• 8% if you’ve spent USD 499.99 or less on approved orders.
• 10% if you’ve spent an amount exceeding USD 499.99 on approved orders (you’re still entitled to 7% lifetime loyalty discount codes).
• 13% if you’ve spent an amount exceeding USD 999.99 on approved orders (you’re still entitled to 10% lifetime loyalty discount codes).
• 18% if you’ve spent an amount exceeding USD 1999.99 on approved orders (you’re still entitled to 15% lifetime loyalty discount codes).

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. WritingSharks.net reserves the right to refuse to issue discount codes or other rewards if we suspect a person has violated the terms of the referral program or our terms of use by referring themselves, existing customers, or fictitious persons to WritingSharks.net or by indulging in abusive behavior or any activity that may be harmful or cause financial or other losses to WritingSharks.net.

2. All referral discount codes can only be used once, are non-transferable, and must be used before they expire.

3. To optimize the referral program, we sometimes test the program with different discount rates and referral processes and procedures, and you could be involved in such tests. Thus, WritingSharks.net reserves the right to alter the referral discount rates, the working of the referral program, or to halt the program at any time.

4. WritingSharks.net reserves the right to disable access to the referral program to anyone at any time.

5. Continuing to refer other people to WritingSharks.net after we alter these terms or our terms of use signifies your acceptance of the alterations.
